Is swinging on a swing good exercise for diabetics?

If you enjoy swinging on a swing ,would this be a good way for a diabetic to exercise , ?|||that's not exercise|||Yes it would. Especially if you are inactive. The point about exercise is to get moving. If you do something you do not enjoy doing it will not last. If you enjoy swinging on a swing, make it fun, work hard, and keep it interesting. Make sure you do not just go and swing for a minute or two and then hop off. I would say get into it and do at least three times a day, for at least 20 minutes each time. It is not high impact so you will not hurt your joints. There is no banging or jarring of any body parts. No matter what you do just make sure you do something you enjoy. It will not seem like work and you will be more likely to enjoy it and repeat it often. Good Luck!!|||if it gets your blood pumping then yeah.
