The battery coils on my baby swing are very rusty looking b/c I left batteries in there for a year while in storage. Now the swing is not making a good connection on the batteries I don't think. Is there any way I can clean them?|||Hi, be real careful when cleaning this off, make sure the baby is out of the area, and you wear glasses and gloves, I did this once, and the white stuff flung up in my eye, and I had to call the poison control. It was battery acid.
So what you do wet down a old toothbrush with coca-cola, gets the stuff right off, then wipe dry with another rag. BE CARFUL!|||try wiping it down with a damp cloth.
