How do you make a walk-in pantry room door swing both ways?

Im planning on changing my door in the pantry room. i want the door to swing both ways instead of using a doorknob. the problem is that i cant find the mechanism that makes the door swing both ways. The doors going in the restaurants kitchen. They swing both ways. They might be a little pricey but will take the weight of a solid core interior door. Bar doors hinges are for lighter weight doors.
