And waiting, and waiting|||If you believe you can time the market (which is theoretically impossible) then all you need is:
UPRO - which goes up if the S%26amp;P500 goes up, and does it by 3 times
SPXU - which goes up if the S%26amp;P500 goes DOWN, and does it by 3 times
Essentially, if you think the market is going up, buy UPRO. If you think it is going to go down, buy SPXU. The 3x leverage gives you some action for your play, and you'll win or lose quickly.
