How do I add more power to my swing for softball?

I'm in a town league and in years past I've always been able to swing and hit the ball hard and far, but this year I haven't been doing so well. I have been working on my swing and I know I need to work and move my hips more and I used to swing with my wrists. Does anyone have any advice on what I need to do because no matter how hard I try I am not getting any power behind my swing.|||Since you've been working on your fundamentals already the other factor you may want to consider is conditioning or strength training. Power of the swing comes from the legs and core as you just mentioned, hip movement. It is important to strengthen your thighs especially your inner and outer thigh and increase your core strength through core and functional training.

doing hip abduction/adduction exercises will help strengthen your inner and outer thighs. Core exercises may be plank, twists, stability ball or med ball exercises.|||You need to turn your hips, and follow through. Make sure your arms are tight at first, then loosen them as you swing.|||i like your other pic best

thats better sweety haha
