How to swing a heavier baseball bat?

Im 5'6" 133 and i use a demarini voodoo 32inches 29 ounces and it has to be a -3 in our baseball league and when i swing i dont swing fast at all. How do i swing faster with alot of power.|||well if u r trying to work on your bat speed then swing two bats just for practice at home before the game and it will seem when you put down the second bat your bat is a twig|||Ian a lot is two words. Plus you either have power or you don't.
