Is it possible to repair a broken link on a swing set?

The neighborhood kids swarm our yard and our kids toys take the brunt of it. We don't mind the kids being at our house or playing but my husband and I are really frustrated right now because our stuff is always getting broken. Can anyone suggest a solution to my dilemma with the swing set? Please don't answer with responses like don't let the kids play at your house, that's not what I am looking for here. i appreciate your assistance.|||try using a quick link if its for the chains used on the swings|||Go to Lowes or Home Depot and you can buy replacement links or even replacement chain. You will find it these in the hardware section. You can get whatever length of chain you need if you want to replace the whole chain.

If it is just one link, buy a replacement link - ask a salesperson and they will explain how to use it.|||They make links that on one side has a sleeve that you can move up, put it on and then the sleeve screws down to secure.|||You can go to home depot or lowes and pick up some chain and links|||Yes, it can be replaced with ease. Take the link to any hardware store for a replacement.|||Buy repair links at a hardware store. There are a couple different types that will work fine. My parents had the same problem.|||Yep. you can buy individual chain links that close with a screw fitting for about a buck.

You can also get a link that just has a spring loaded gate opening and use it to disconnect the swings when no on is there to see the kids play.

Just ask when you get to the hardware store and they should be able to help you.
