I guess I really never got the hang of swings. I can only swing myself as I as my legs could push off the ground. But I all my friends can go really high by making their legs go certain ways when they go. Can someone please explain to me how I do this? Thanks!|||its called to PUMP your leg. when you go forwrds you extend your legs straihgt and then when you go backwards you bend your. do this for at least till you get higher than you usually go!
